Samsung just announce a release date of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on August 9.
Samsung is hosting a Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on Aug. 9 at 11am ET. Invitations for the event went out Wednesday morning. Samsung uses these Unpacked events to unveil its new Galaxy phones. The event will be streamed live on Samsung.com.
Exynos 9810 Octa should take care of the number crunching for the EMEA markets while the US and China will get the Snapdragon 845 as usual. Some rumors suggested a 512GB version of the device but it’s probably safe to say that it will offer the standard 64/128/256GB of internal storage and at least 6GB of RAM.
Rumors also suggested the Note 9 would see a launch on Aug. 9.
Also, looking at the press invite, we see the S Pen button, which could be a hint at expanded stylus functionality. Some Note fans will surely like this as Samsung hasn’t really improved the iconic feature of the Note series lately.
In any case, all of this is just rumors and we will know for sure soon enough.
